An associate professor of mass communication at Midwestern State University, Bradley Wilson, Ph.D., teaches a variety of classes including reporting, advanced reporting, ethics, photojournalism, media management and media history. He is the editor of the magazine of the national Journalism Education Association and managing editor of College Media Review for the College Media Association. He is a frequent speaker at workshops worldwide on topics ranging from the ethics of digital photography to publications design. He has received the Gold Key from the Columbia Scholastic Press Association, the Pioneer Award from the National Scholastic Press Association, the Carl Towley Award from the Journalism Education Association, the Star of Texas from the Association of Texas Photography Instructors and the Trailblazer Award from the Texas Association of Journalism Educators. He received the Distinguished Adviser Award for newspaper advising at a four-year college or university, College Media Association in 2014.
