The Southwest Journalist is a publication of The Center for Editing Excellence at the School of Journalism of The University of Texas at Austin and the Dow Jones News Fund. The Southwest Journalist was edited and designed by interns attending the 2009 Center for Editing Excellence, funded by a grant from the Dow Jones News Fund and the daily newspapers hosting the interns.
